Pacesetter
Pacesetter is a mineral and vitamin dense, 25% crude protein, pelleted horse supplement. Formulated for a wide variety of uses, Pacesetter contains a combination of quality proteins from alfalfa meal and soybean meal, highly bio-available mineral sources (including chelated forms) and vitamins. Pacesetter is also formulated with additional lysine to provide more flexibility in feeding and balancing elevated lysine rations for the brood mare and foal.
Pacesetter is ideal as a mixing or top-dress pellet for on-the-farm balancing, or alone as a supplement to a forage diet.
By feeding 1-3 pounds per head per day to horses on free choice forage diets, Pacesetter can supply the required balance of protein, minerals and vitamins. Adjust feeding amounts according to forage quality, and horse’s age, size, and activity level. Feed to complement forage (pasture and hay) to balance protein, minerals and vitamins.
